As usual, before setting off for a run do check on this website or by phoning us that it is still going ahead and that the time or venue hasn't changed, because sometimes we have to make last minute changes due to circumstances that are beyond our control !

Sorry for the late update of the website.

The Winter Run went very well with a good turnout of riders, 16 in total and a number of people turning up to chat and socialise which is always enjoyable.

Only two breakdowns, well one and a half really, Clive broke down on his Mini-Motor and Tim on the PowePak who was riding with him stopped to laugh - his words, then Tim couldn’t get started again either !!……..That’s justice for you.

Some sad news.

I regret I have to report that Peter Lawson died recently. Peter was in in hospital following a stroke but sadly passed away on the morning of Tuesday 24th March.

Peter was long time member of the VMCC Cyclemotor Section and a founder member of the NHNC section. He was regularly seen out on many of our runs through the year and will be sadly missed by us all.

The next run coming up is The Welsh Run on Sunday 5th April, this is Easter Sunday and venue is Castle Street Car Park, Abergavenny,NP7 5EE 10.30am start.

This is a NACC organised event but they are always happy to have any VMCC riders come along and join them. So we hope to see some of you there.

The next run happening after that is The Southern Saunter on the 15th April, the venue is:- Honeystreet Mill Cafe,Honeystreet village, SN9 5PS 10.30am start. NOTE: This is a Wednesday mid-week run.
